New prospects for cooperation between the Association of Small Towns of Ukraine and the Chinese Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Today, December 17, 2020, a video conference was held between the Association of Small Cities of Ukraine (ASTU) and the Chinese Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (CASME), in which the Ukrainian-Chinese International Business Center also took part. During an online meeting, Vice President of CASME Mr. Shang Shiwei highlighted the scale of the Chinese organization, which is one of the most influential and large in China, with 300,000 enterprises in various industries. In China, small and medium-sized enterprises are enterprises with less than 10,000 workers and 400 million annual turnover. CASME was established by the Chinese government’s reform committee to lobby for the interests of its members.

Pavel Kozyrev, head of ASTU, noted promising prospects for cooperation with Chinese partners in various areas, including the promotion of scientific and technical projects. The Chinese partner took the initiative to develop mutually beneficial cooperation with confidence in success and effectiveness.
